This is called the art of 8 limbs ( 2 Fists, 2 Elbows, 2 Knees and 2 Feet) for attack and Defence.

 

Very effective as a daily fitness activity and basic self defence.

Championship based training for professional career is also included.

Days : 3 days (Mon-Wed-Fri) or (Tue-Thu-Sat)

            6 days (Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu-Fri-Sat)
